got so much to study. 5 testes. and the first one is on my birthday...

i cant wait for DMF tomorrow. i hope i make it to sunday...

yesterday (16 May), i went for the realm championship qualifier. i went for the 4 pm qualifier as i was not able to make it for the 10 am qualifier due to school. i was there at 3 pm, patiently waiting for the thing to start. talk to some people like ian and henry (they both made it to the championship) and i overheard that two people that qualified earlier that day will be joining the 4 pm qualifier to eliminate competition. alex came after a while later. waited a lot more longer until 4 pm, where the head judge edwin told me the qualifier would be delayed. by 445, the games were about to begin. 

my first match was against kelvin tan. he was one of the people who qualified earlier that day. i defeated his team of haruka, omedus the punisher and morova of the sands. the match was tough, but luck wasn't on his side. 1 win 0 lost for my team E3. 

my second round was against michael thanalertvisuti, who was a guy who is from america currently living in thailand. i won because my team were dealing heavy damage and i secured the last 2 vp points i needed. he only managed to score 9 out of the 20 he needed. i enjoyed playing against his team of graccus, boris brightbeard and darlor as his game play was creative. 2 wins 0 lost. 

for the third round, i was against fu xing, whom i have fought against countless of times. we were the only 2 people who had 2 wins, so it was either him or me to qualify first. elendril, phadalus the enlightened and marlowe christophers was his party. he got the 17 vp points that he needed to win my E3. he was already in the championship while i still needed 1 more victory. 2 wins 1 lost.

my fourth round was against the other guy who qualified earlier that day. he goes by the name orange chua cheng zhi. somehow, i feel that he is so screwed up that he couldn't come up with a better name than orange. is it because you are as round as a ball and wearing an orange shirt? i mean, c'mon! there are so many better names! he built a team of ironfur bear, bloodscale wavecaller and lady vashj. within a few turns he already had 12 vp, still a long way for him as he needed 28 vp. so i clawed my way, killing lady vashj once and ironfur bear twice. we were both one kill away, and he manage to defeat my EFS for the victroy. 2 wins 2 losts. i'm not entering.

i felt that i've been stolen of my opportunity of qualifying. all my opponents are qualifying while i'm not. if i qualified, i could beat them. i could destroy them. they shouldn't allow people who have qualified to compete again. it just isn't fair. 

i know i did my best even though the odds were against me. i was the only one who faced both the people who qualified earlier that day.

i went to see the doctor again. i now have some gastric cough...

monday (4 may). thats where all the problems started. late in the evening, i went to parkway to send my mac for repair (my mac was hanging and sometimes the screen becomes like an old spoiled television). spent a real short time filling up the forms, walked around for a while then i went to comics connection. i saw the shop selling Spoils of War (a day before the global release) and i bought it. when i went home, i watched prison break before noticing my fore head burning up. i took my temperature, and the results showed 36.9 degrees. i took it one more time and got 37.1. i went to bed after the show, but only slept a few hours later. my head felt as though it was about to crack open. 

tuesday (5 may), i woke up from a call from my care person. i wasn't sure what she was saying, as my mind was still a blur. i went to the doctor later that day. they took my temperature. it was 38 degrees. getting 'better'. i was the only one with the mask. i was diagnosed with some throat infection. i lazed around for the rest of the day.

wednesday to thursday (6 to 7 may). i take my words back, i lazed around for the next few days. i opened my Spoils of War and got the Alliance faction in it. cool characters, but i was disappointed with my rare nome. its good, but its so small. i missed my WoW night. the mac people called. they told me that my mac had no problems at all. the fault was with the ram. 

friday (8 may), i went back to school. bombarded with things to do. there was so much to catch up on and i had 3 projects to do. the cool part is that i can't remember who i am with for which group. hahahaha. i went to eat with malan, yogi, kenneth and kai jin at fish and co. at the airport. waited for the food for a long time. even for the water i needed to help out my throat. i couldn't sleep the whole night due to the constant coughing. 

saturday (9 may) i went to parkway to collect my mac before heading to orchard to change my ram. when i was there, the place was closed for public holiday....

i've just came back from watching x-men origins: wolverine. the movie was good, but i was sadly disappointed in some parts. the good part was that the fighting was excellent, i liked the fact that it had characters that i never expected would be there (professor x and magneto's son quicksilver) and that deadpool was deadpool. irritating and talkative and easily controlled. the other nice part is that the gave him teleportation (he doesn't have to depend on the stupid machine, like in the comics). haha. the merc with a mouth.

i didn't like the part of the movie where it showed professor x and his future students. the background looked so fake. i also didn't really enjoy the story. it was a real rush. 

overall, i enjoyed it. i'm sure hoping that deadpool will get his own spin off.
